We use analytics tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used and to improve the Service. We associate an IP address with image uploads and generations to maintain service quality and prevent abuse. We may associate a successful purchase with the IP that initiated the related generation to help detect and prevent fraud.

With your permission or as allowed by law, we may use your uploaded and/or generated images (not your name or contact information) for business marketing purposes including website examples, paid advertisements, and social media. 4. How We Share Information

We share data only with essential service providers and solely for the purposes described above:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — image storage and limited security logs (including IP addresses)
• Resend — email delivery of images
• OpenAI — image generation from uploads

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Data Retention

• Images and email data: retained for up to 30 days after delivery for support, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
• IP addresses and security logs: retained as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, and service integrity, subject to legal obligations.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards with trusted vendors (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, Resend) and industry best practices to help protect your data.

7. Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal and legitimate‑interest exceptions)
• Opt out of marketing use of your images at any time

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Do not upload images of minors without appropriate consent.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
